Despite the male cast taking the lead in the style stakes on screen, off screen it was a battle between the two lead females; Anne Hathaway and Marion Cotillard, who played Cat Woman and Miranda Tate respectively.
For the New York premiere both ladies went for the angelic look in ivory and white. Anne chose Grecian Goddess in Prabal Gurung, the floor length gown from the 2013 collection featured a peplum waist and bejewelled plunge neckline, while Marion; the queen on Dior, opted for Ballerina Beauty in this shift dress which featured a layered tulle skirt. She finished the look with a pair of red bottoms (Christian Louboutins).
At the European Premiere in London Leicester Square, Anne once again opted for a floor length gown by Gucci, the dress is gorgeous and so is her face but I really feel this hair cut of hers takes the glamour out of the look, she should have chosen something more figure hugging. Marion on the other hand once again rocked head to toe Dior and oozed glamour and sex appeal whilst remaining feminine and chic #TresJolie .
Both ladies attended the films after party in London and whilst Anne stuck with her usual colour palette in this J Mendel brocade dress and custom Vegan silver heels, Marion added some colour to the festivities in this olive mini skirt teamed with a sheer bedazzled blouse, Miss Dior clutch and a pair of Jimmies (Jimmy Choo).
Marion is the clear winner in this battle of the beauties, which I guess is fair, after all, Cat Woman came out on top in Gotham City, 1-1it is!
