It's a little known fact that Australia is the breeding ground for many great fashion designers and equally great fashionistas'.
I recently began watching an Australian reality show called Being Lara Bingle, which follows a similar format to The Audrina Show. To be honest the show itself is a little dry, what really keeps me glued to the screen is Australian model Lara Bingle, who has impeccable taste in clothing.
Her red carpet style is quite eclectic and reminds me of Kate Moss, just a little more refined and futuristic.
Feminine but not girlie; Lara rocks this Ellery Top and Skirt with Balenciaga shoes at the Aussie 2012 Fashion Week.
All black everything; Bingle attends the 2010 Love and Other Drugs premiere in a Dion Lee mini dress.
Doing it better than most dudes; Bingle opts for androgynous chic in Dion Lee at the 2011 GQ Awards.
Brightening up; Bingle showed up at the 2010 Australian Fashion Week in a suede jacket and grey dress both by Ellery, paired with Nicholas Kirkwood heels.
Louis Vuitton Don; Lara shows support for the brand in a Louis Vuitton corset top, pencil skirt and heels at a Louis Vuitton store opening in Melbourne.
So sophisticated; the star went for understated sexiness in this abstract Josh Goot dress at the WHO Magazine's Sexiest People Party in 2011.
Her daytime style is casual yet on trend with a mix of 90s grunge and rock'n'roll chic. A classic tomboy her colour palette is generally black, grey and white but she's so amazing she can get away with it!
Classic rock chic in all black.
A mix of subtle colours in an oversized sweater and sheer trousers.
Cool and casual in vintage cut offs and a slouchy vest.
Matching metallics with this blazer and slim trousers smartened up with a white shirt.
Oriental inspired baggy pants with a kimono style black top.
Lara has some serious style credentials!
